Luxury Pastel Wedding at Grand Gimeno

After getting with the girls, Bora stepped into the Olive Grove for her first look with Jad. A tap on the shoulder turned Jad around and smiles filled both their faces. The couple shared sweet compliments, then were joined by their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group photos. The bridesmaids were dressed in light pink and the groomsmen wore black. Memories were made and captured on camera, then the wedding party lined up for ceremony.

Guests signed Bora and Jad’s guest book and took a seat in the Olive Grove. Fresh floral arrangements in white, pink, and blue lined the aisle and a matching floral arch stood tall at the front. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Bora. In front of all their closest friends and family, Jad and Bora read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, Filet and Wild Mushrooms were tray passed while guests also enjoyed our Spanish Tapas Bar with Patatas Bravas, Croquetas de Jamon, and Flank Steak with Goat Cheese on Toast. To wash it all down, the bar was serving the newlywed’s signature cocktails, a Moscow Mule and Blackberry Mojito. Guests mixed and mingled around orange patterned cocktail tables and at the lounge until it was time to head inside for reception.

A white dance floor marked the middle of the room and sparkling chandeliers decorated in greenery hung above. Bordering the dance floor, tables were topped with tall floral arrangements and centerpieces, candles, and custom menus. Bora and Jad made their grand entrance, shared a first dance with all their guests and each other, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared and Chicken Marsala, Filet Mignon Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Almond Rice Pilaf, Fresh Vegetable Medley, and Caesar Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their almond cake with chocolate mousse filling and invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The remainder of the evening was spent out on the dance floor sharing dances with Bora and Jad and wishing them well in their life together.
